Internal Control Manager/ Ulyanovsk

We are looking for an experienced Manager on Internal Control to join our professional team ZiMAD

Responsibilities:

  • Have operating control over the implementation of payment procedures and policies of the company;
  • Prepare and make changes to the payment application: preparation of applications, check the correctness of filling;
  • Internal control over getting the confirmation of payments;
  • Monitor the financial statements: filing and monitoring of dates;
  • Work with the financial departments;
  • Participate in the creation of new standards and documents related to the systematization of financial statements;
  • Have operative control over monitoring compliance of the basic conditions of legal documents.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Higher education (economic or legal will be an advantage);
  • Ability to explain procedures, regulations and the best practices of internal control at all levels of the company;
  • 1 year of working experience;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Google Docs | Confluence | Evernote (analogs) – will be a plus);
  • Technical and / or Business English (reading documentation, correspondence, etc.);
  • Understanding the basics of legal workflow.

As a plus:

  • Experience in maintaining the company’s workflow;
  • Experience in business correspondence;
  • Teamwork experience.
