User Acquisition Manager / Kharkov, Obninsk, Kaluga, Gomel, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Minsk or remotely

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager for work at one of our game projects – My Museum Story: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zimad.museum&hl=ru.

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with Lead UAM, work according to the established plan, participation in the plan generation;
  • Traffic purchase strictly based on KPIs – payback on N day;
  • Work with game networks (unity, ironSourse, TapJoy, Applovin, …);
  • Full cycle of user acquisition: from launch to optimization of campaigns;
  • Analysis of the traffic effectiveness based on a number of key metrics;
  • Analysis of campaigns together with the Product and UA analysts;
  • Monthly forecasting of an effective procurement model together with the UA team and Project teams;
  • Statement of the Requirements Documents for the Art department concerning the banners production  and video materials, maintenance of tasks and monitoring deadlines meeting;
  • Testing creatives on live traffic, analyzing their performance and selecting the best ones based on test results;
  • Preparation of regular reporting.

Requirements:

  • Desire to develop and grow in a team of professionals;
  • Responsibility for the work performed;
  • Love for games, active  ios / android user;
  • Higher (or incomplete higher) technical or economic education;
  • Written English is intermediate and higher;
  • Spoken English is intermediate and higher;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data (Excel);
  • Experience in UA / experience in user acquisition for mobile applications;
  • Creative thinking
  • Market knowledge.
