LiveOps Manager (middle/senior)
ZiMAD is an international company headquartered in the USA, which has been working in the development and publishing of mobile games since 2009. The total number of downloads of our games exceeds 200 million. Our competitive advantage is the ability to use the IP (intellectual property) of the largest media companies like Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Sony, and National Geographic.
Our team is growing, and now we are looking for an experienced LiveOps Manager, who will improve our product metrics and make our games even more engaging, deep, and entertaining, to join one of our project teams. Our work ideology is unique for the industry providing more freedom for tests and experiments. We also believe that failing isn’t something worth getting emotional about—it’s way more important to go over the mistakes, remember the particular case, and not let it repeat in future.
Responsibilities:
- Improve monetization of mobile games through constant work with events and special offers
- Build and describe an event system; control its realization and implementation
- Clearly express ideas in the form of design documents and concepts
- Analyze metrics after events are over and improve the results
- Hold A/B tests
- Monitor competitor apps and search for potentially interesting activities in games of different genres
- Participate in the core gameplay and meta game design process, communicate with the team, and share experience
Requirements:
- Experience working with apps with large and active audiences
- Knowledge of the best practices and KPIs of different event types
- Ability to ask analysts the right questions and draw conclusions based on their answers
