Job Description

We are looking for Analytics Engineer. We build mobile games. User acquisition, monetization, LiveOps and product decisions all run on data — and this role owns the modeling layer everything else depends on: the data marts, metric definitions and semantic layer behind reporting, ad-hoc analysis and our AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable data marts for the UA, monetization, product and LiveOps teams
• Prepare data models that both people and AI agents can use
• Maintain core metric definitions together with the team so the whole company can trust the numbers
• Monitor data quality with tests, freshness checks and comparisons against raw data, and investigate when numbers don’t match
• Optimize ClickHouse query performance

Requirements

• 2+ years in analytics engineering, BI development, data analysis or data engineering, building data models that others rely on
• Strong SQL: joins, window functions, aggregations, and the ability to read and debug other people’s queries
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse: MergeTree engines, choosing ORDER BY and partition keys, and working with arrays
• Experience with analytical data modeling: choosing the right table structure and grain for how data will be queried, and building incremental, reliable models
• English proficiency at the B1–B2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling tools such as dbt
• Understanding of mobile app metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, retention)
• Experience using AI tools in data work
• Experience with workflow orchestration: scheduling pipelines, managing dependencies and handling failures
• Experience with Superset or another BI tool
