Responsibilities:

  • Develop game features and improve balance, game mechanics, and monetization
  • Support the implementation of the features, participate in regular team meetings, and communicate with designers and developers
  • Test and verify the implemented game features
  • Clearly formulate your ideas in the form of concepts and design documents
  • Develop a/b tests to verify the hypotheses
  • Permanently perform game analytics and analyze the results of the new mechanics
  • Monitor competitor apps and search for potentially worthy features in games of different genres

Requirements:

  • Experience working on board/card/casino games that have been released on the App Store or Google Play
  • Experience working with free-to-play monetization
  • Knowing and understanding game metrics (DAU, ARPPU, Retention, etc.)
  • Ability to work with analytical data
  • Intermediate+ level of English
